Shipping & Delivery

At Project Wheel Works, we understand that performance, precision, and reliability matter at every stage of the customer experience — including delivery. Every order is processed with care to help ensure your wheels, tires, and accessories arrive safely, accurately, and in excellent condition.

Order Processing & Standard Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated shipping timelines apply to most in-stock items; however, certain products may require additional lead time depending on supplier origin, warehouse location, manufacturer availability, special-order status, or carrier-related delays. In some cases, products sourced from specific suppliers or distribution points may fall outside our standard shipping window.

Larger orders or multi-item purchases may ship in separate packages. When this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Certain deliveries may require a signature upon arrival to ensure secure receipt of high-value automotive products.

Important: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical delivery address is required for all orders.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Many of our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors to help ensure authenticity, quality, and fitment accuracy.

Pre-order and special-order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available and the order is ready for fulfillment.

Orders containing both in-stock and special-order or pre-order items may be handled in one of two ways:

Available items may ship separately to reduce wait times, or

The full order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Our team works to fulfill every order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the handling standards our customers expect.

Shipping Rates & Conditions

Free shipping is available on most wheel packages. Exclusions may apply based on brand, size, weight, supplier origin, carrier requirements, and delivery destination.

Shipping rates for tires are calculated automatically at checkout to provide accurate and competitive pricing based on the products selected and destination.

Orders shipping to remote, rural, or extended service areas may be subject to additional carrier surcharges.
